I have been working in the care industry for the last 15 years following the completion of my nursing qualification in the USA and two postgraduate studies in care management and public health in the UK.

I joined Danesford Grange Care Home in June 2023. I have a dedicated team of staff who deliver exceptional personalised care to our residents. I love walking around the home chatting to residents, relatives and colleagues; I also enjoy monitoring colleagues training.

Every member of the team brings something different and I am committed to supporting them to achieve their potential.
