A non institutional high quality, family run home from home, for Elderly and adults who have difficulties associated with long term physical, mental illness, coping with living in their own homes or  disability.

We provide nursing care for people with long-term conditions, short-term care and rehabilitation, in partnership with a multi-disciplinary team from Shropshire’s NHS.  Danesford Grange specialises in nursing care for people with very complex health conditions and end of life care.

We are accredited with the Gold Standards Framework for Care Homes award.  This is a national award which recognises the gold standard of care provided to residents, ensuring that residents enjoy their lives, receiving the high quality care they want in their chosen place, right up to the end.
