Our Rooms

Danesford Grange has accommodation in 5 wings: Oakwood, Elmwood, Ashwood, Beechwood and Cedarwood.

Following an extension in 2017/18 we have additional 14 rooms with full wet rooms and following a refurb of 10 of our older style rooms we intend to increase our registration. There are 2 lounges, one with a TV and one quiet lounge, one of which gives access to our outdoor patio area and sensory garden where you will find plenty of seating areas and wheelchair-accessible routes and our gardens beyond.

Communial Areas

The Home is fully wheelchair accessible and there are 2 lounges for the use of residents.  A lift allows access throughout the Home. Everyone is encouraged to use the communal areas of the Home. We have a dining room located off Oakwood corridor where we encourage residents to enjoy their meals together.

Our Gardens

Our gardens are specially landscaped for wheelchair access, a sensory garden has been designed for residents to enjoy.  Wheelchair-height borders are provided for residents who may wish to garden. We encourage those we care for and their families to use these facilities.
